These Terms of Use govern your use of the HappyMyTrip Holidays website, including destination pages, holiday packages, travel guides, enquiry forms, WhatsApp links and related digital experiences. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly.

2. Package information

Package descriptions, itineraries, images, starting prices, hotel examples, inclusions and exclusions are provided for planning and discovery. Availability, prices, hotel allocation, transport, activities and other travel components may change according to travel dates, supplier availability, seasonality, operational conditions and the final quotation.

3. Enquiries and quotations

An enquiry submitted through the website is a request for assistance and does not by itself constitute a confirmed booking. A booking becomes effective only after the applicable itinerary, price, payment requirements and supplier terms have been communicated and accepted.

4. Traveller responsibilities

Travellers are responsible for providing accurate names, contact information, travel dates, passport or identification details where required, visa information and other information necessary for travel arrangements. Travellers should review all final booking documents before travel.

5. Third-party services

Travel arrangements may involve airlines, hotels, transport operators, activity providers, cruise operators, insurance companies and other suppliers. Their individual terms, cancellation policies and operational rules may apply in addition to these website terms.

6. Website content

We aim to keep content useful and current, but destination conditions, attraction timings, regulations, transport routes and supplier information can change. We may update, correct or remove website content without prior notice.

7. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, website text, design elements, branding, original graphics and other content belong to HappyMyTrip Holidays or its licensors. You may not reproduce or commercially reuse protected content without permission.

8. Acceptable use

You must not attempt to disrupt the website, bypass security controls, submit malicious code, scrape protected information, impersonate another person or use forms for spam or unlawful activity.

9. Launch offers and coupons

Promotional coupons are subject to the specific campaign terms shown at the time of issue. One launch coupon is reserved per WhatsApp number through the website campaign system. Coupon value, eligibility, validity and redemption conditions are subject to verification by HappyMyTrip and may not be combined with every package or promotion.
